For over 25 years, I’ve been devoted to understanding what truly creates deep, lasting change in people’s lives—especially in how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. My journey has taken me from coaching national-level athletes to guiding thousands of individuals through transformational breakthroughs in their relationships, careers, and personal growth. Along the way, I created Relational Intelligence (RQ)—a comprehensive, principle-based system for helping people heal old wounds, communicate with authenticity, and step into leadership with clarity and confidence. This work is the synthesis of everything I’ve learned about human potential—and it’s my life’s calling to share it.
